Lilli Cider is a new label from my good friend Liam Kelleher of Lele Wines and I. 

These ciders are the happy outcome of a shared desire to ferment pome fruit as well as three chance encounters with three special orchards in Canterbury. 

2022 Apple & Quince - 

Yarlington Mill and Brown Snout apples from Craig and Narissa’s orchard and Smyrna Quince from Lynn and Barry’s orchard. Both from North Canterbury and both farmed wihtout any synthetic inputs. 

The fruit was crushed, pressed and co-fermented in stainless steel before aging on lees for 9 months. Bottled without any filtering, fining or additives.
