Zoë is the first riesling from, Skypunch in Omihi, North Canterbury - a vineyard we are lucky to work with. Farmed organically by ourselves and Black Estate. 

Zoë has a bright core of acidity, cloaked in lots of textural detail.

Foot stomped and left to macerate for 6 hours. Pressed to seasoned oak for fermentation and aging for 12 months.
