Kisses is a Pét Nat made from certified organic Pinot Noir from the wonderful family owned and operated Terrace Edge Vineyard in Waipara, North Canterbury. 

Pinot Noir (10/5 clone) was hand harvested and direct pressed to barrels for natural fermentation. Aged on lees for 10 months then bottled with reserved Riesling juice for a secondary fermentation, which gives it its fine and focussed fizz.

Kisses has a heart of bright and juicy acidity, accentuating its red summer fruits and is cloaked in a soft and alluring savoury complexity. A clean and tight bead keep all this goodness lasting for a happily long time on the palate.

This wine is unfiltered and has no additives.
